General Duties & Responsibilities:
- Grow new business in the territory in line with set targets for the following divisions - Waste oil, Industrial & Automotive, Field Services, Underground Services.
- Achieve all other targets relevant to this role, including but not limited to, number of calls per division, expected volumes of business from area, weekly scheduling and weekly/monthly reporting.
- Maintain and manage business with all existing customers of the divisions
- Complete all schedules and reports to the required standard (incl. relevant information) within the required timeline.
- Ensure all communication with customers is conducted in a clear, professional and timely manner. This will require an in-depth knowledge of the range of services provided by each division, along with the legislative requirements of operating in the waste management / environmental industry (i.e. waste categorisation, packaging requirements etc).
- Ensure all information submitted for quotes / pricing is clear, sufficient and accurate
- Provide relevant information regarding competitors and market changes, while also assisting in the development of sales initiatives to ensure that we remain competitive
- Assist with debt collection as and when required
